Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer standard shipping across India through reliable courier partners as well as India Post.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and external factors such as weather or regional restrictions.
     

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping on select orders, promotions, or above a certain order value, as indicated on the website.
 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to track your shipment in real time.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at sales@coppercoin.co.in. We will investigate the issue and assist with a suitable resolution.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or incorrect phone number.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we offer international shipping via India Post only. For special requests, please contact us directly.

Return & Exchange Policy

Rest assured that each order is carefully inspected before dispatch. As our books are handled and shipped with due care, we maintain a limited returns policy.


Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The copy received is damaged in transit

  • The copy received is incorrect

Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery, along with clear photographs of the issue.
 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor variations in print, colour, or finish

  • Slight wear due to shipping that does not affect readability
     

Resolution

Upon review and approval:

  • A replacement copy will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to availability

  • If a replacement is not available, we may offer a store credit at our discretion
     

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and shipped, except in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.


Return Shipping

If a return is approved, instructions will be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
